About to HUDSA

HUDSA, an organization dedicated to human upliftment, development and social awareness, was established in the year 2001, while discharging its social responsibilities continuously for 24 years, the organization has set many milestones and achievement. HUDSA’s efforts for the upliftment of poor children while being conscious of their objectives have been commendable. In this series, the organization established Samdariya School of Special Education in 2019 and Samdarifa College of Vocational Studies in 2024, in which arrangements have been made for education and training of weak and poor children. Efforts are being made in the institute to connect the children with the main stream of development by providing proper guidance and by developing their skills through Vocational Coureses, they are being helped in getting employment.

Goals

Human Upliftment, Development and Social Awareness (HUDSA), since its inception, is involved for the cause of poor, needy and deprived people. The major programme implemented by the organization includes targeted intervention on HIV AIDS, community health and health awareness programme, enhancement of literacy level in the rural areas, capacity building of women and adolescents, employment oriented vocational training of the people below poverty line, etc. Our objectives are:

1. To provide social, mental and cultural development of children, women and youth.

2. To awaken consciousness against the present social distortion and to promote employment and skills.

3. Establishing educational institutions and skill development centers in rural and urban area.

4. Motivating youth towards contemporary employment oriented courses.

5. Conducting paramedical courses, hotel management, fashion designing, beautician, computer training etc.

2. To target women and children for their vocational training for economic betterment to ensure community participation in development programmes of the organization.

3. To work for sick, disabled, elderly, handicapped for their health requirement and rehabilitation.

4. To implement health and family welfare activities, open charitable hospital, counseling centers, and also motivate for immunization.

5. To work for the cause of bonded labour, against dowry, and in favour or women's rights.

6. To aware the masses about the schemes and programmes of the government so that people can take advantage of the programmes.

7. To aware the people on the menace of HIV/AIDS and also to work for checking the prostitution in the project areas.

8. To initiate environmental development programmes through social mobilization and also motivate people to take advantage of toilets and demotivate the people for open field defecation.

9. To organize awareness meetings to preserve flora and fauna in the area and also to check atrocities on animals.

10. To specially target tribals, backwards, minorities, scheduled castes for their socio-economic and cultural development and provide them free legal advice.

11. To work for the cause of national integration and harmony with different modes and media.

12. To do all such things and act which may be beneficial for the development of needy community.

HUDSA is having trained, skilled and experienced project managers for handling the projects of larger turn over. Organisation is capable of handling large funds with very skillfully because a trained accountant is full time staff of HUDSA. In addition to that HUDSA takes help of a registered Charted Accountant at a regular interval of time. The audited statement of last three years is attached with the expression of interest. Increasing trends of turn over and good rapport in the area automatically indicates that the HUDSA is having appropriate managerial and financial staff to manage the funds properly. HUDSA maintains Cashbook, Ledger, Account book for individual project, daybook and all the vouchers. Most of the purchases made through a purchase committee after inviting proper tenders.
